I have always had a creative mind even when I was very young. It started out with coloring a rainbow on a dog's ear in a coloring book, then to writing my own songs on the spot and singing them to my favorite toy...a tape recorder (I cannot sing BTW), then on to watching endless hours of Bob Ross followed by me trying to recreate his paintings using my water color paints (obviously it never looked like his...my trees were never as happy as his were), then to constantly sketching all the time (people looked like weird aliens), then to discovering my my love of photography and taking the most absolutely random pictures (my Granny Dean would yell at me for "wasting" Polaroid film), then to taking an art class in middle school, then to making more mistakes in life and finding myself which lead me to college for Graphic Design thus leading me to blossoming into my style of digital art, photography/retouching along with graphic design. (LONGEST RUN ON SENTENCE EVER!)
I am determined to follow my passion and even though it took me a long while and quite a lot of hurdles to find it. The only way to describe it is...an accumulation of my life experiences and learning my craft along with watching it transcend through every new project. Additionally, I am continuously learning new and better ways to deliver the desired result. Design changes like fashion so it is incredibly important to stay on top of the ever changing styles.
In addition to Graphic Design, my husband and I joined forces and the birth of our photography business was born (see MPhotography link above). This has allowed me to add photography to my design services as well which is very cost effective for a lot of my clients.
I look forward to helping old and new clients with their needs for design, photography, etc. and ensuring they are completely satisfied with everything I deliver.
QUIT has never been part of the conversation #besomebody.
